Welcome to the Me and my Baby.ie terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and any promotional emails, leaflets & brochures. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order with Me and my Baby.ie you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions or have any questions please contact us immediately at info@meandmybaby.ie.

Office Hours

Standard Office Hours are from 9am to 5.30pm. Order placed outside of these hours will be processed first thing next working day.

 Placing An Order:

A contract between you, the customer and Me and my Baby.ie is created as follows:

• You place the order for products via the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process.
• We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Guarantees

All products carry a minimum 1 year guarantee against major manufacturing defects.

Payment

All prices quoted are Euro and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.

Payment for goods can be made by one of the following options:

• Website – using PayPal, Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard, JCB, Solo, Visa Electron

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is yours.

Returns Policy:

If you wish to return an item please contact us in the first instance, before returning the goods. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Where goods are returned due to damages or faults delivery charges will also be refunded. Where goods are returned when no fault or damage is reported delivery charges will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Any changes or cancellation for orders already placed must be notified in writing or email to Me and my Baby.ie within 48 hours of placing the order.

All of Me and my Baby.ie's products are fully guaranteed to meet your satisfaction and we take all reasonable care in packaging every item for shipping. However, if any unused item fails to meet your expectations, Me and my Baby.ie in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC):

• Are happy to accept any items returned within 7 days, from date of delivery.
• Returned items may be either exchanged or refunded.
• A full refund will be applied after we have received the retuned item(s) in question.
• Shipping costs for sending items out are non-refundable.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, though some costs may be refundable, with prior agreement.
• Me and my Baby.ie will not charge shipping costs again for replacement of damaged items.

Processing your orders

• To serve website content and advertisements to you;
• To administer this website;
• If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

When you create a shopping account or request a brochure you will be given the option to receive information from us by post, e-mail or telephone, about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure that you tick the appropriate box as you go through the registration process. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by replying to a promotional e-mail with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line, by e-mailing us at info@meandmybaby.ie.

Product Description

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website and in promotional brochures are correct. We aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions, may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order

Intellectual Property and Right to Use

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website, emails and promotional literature shall remain vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a Purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from our range at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing or editing any Product from this or for refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase Products you must:

• Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
• Be over 18 years of age
• Stipulate a valid delivery address. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
• Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us

By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
